About the project
Doutor Agenda is a web platform for clinic management. It covers the full front-desk flow: online appointment scheduling, patient and professional records, and an administrative dashboard with data visualization.
The problem
Clinic reception often runs on phone calls and paper diaries. The operation needed a single platform where patients book their own appointments and the staff sees availability, patients and payments in one place.
The solution
- Online scheduling with booking, cancellation and rescheduling.
- Patient and professional profiles with secure authentication and role separation.
- Integrated payments through the Stripe API.
- Analytic dashboard with charts that support operational decisions.
Architecture and stack
The frontend is built with Next.js and React, styled with Tailwind CSS and Radix UI, with TanStack Query handling server state and Server Actions handling mutations. Forms are validated with React Hook Form and Zod.
Data is stored in PostgreSQL through Drizzle ORM with typed queries, and authentication runs on Better Auth with Google sign-in. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Code and ownership
The source code is public and released under the MIT license; this project is part of the portfolio and can be inspected and run locally.
